Our group, Deyari, meaning ‘gift,’ was founded in 1980 with a vision to drive the development of our region and country. We aimed to achieve continuous growth through a qualified and innovative perspective, building new values upon existing moral foundations while respecting and preserving our country’s values and heritage. Today, Deyari primarily operates in the petroleum and derivatives sectors, as well as in the energy, battery, and international logistics services sectors.

We are committed to creating value for our subsidiaries and the countries we serve. Even in an era of significant political uncertainty, particularly in emerging countries like Iraq, we have achieved success. We will continue to forge strategic partnerships and develop long-term projects with leading energy companies, further contributing to our country’s stability through production and distribution.
